At Esvitae, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
—The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3Days
Shipping time: 5-10Days
—Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
—Shipping fee: $15
📦 Shipping Options & Order Size
We work with reliable delivery partners to provide secure and timely shipping for all Esvitae orders.
Orders up to 5 kg:
- Shipped via standard courier services
- Carefully packaged to help protect items during transit
Orders over 5 kg (bulk or special orders):
- May be shipped using freight or specialized delivery services
- An accessible delivery location is required
📅 Delivery Schedule
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday
- No deliveries: Weekends and public holidays
Order Processing Cut-Off:
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same business day
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day

Remote locations: Additional delivery fees may apply
Unsuccessful delivery attempts: Redelivery charges may occur
Damaged shipments: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist promptly
